The Account Specialist 4 is an entry level position responsible for assisting with processing moderately complex customer inquiries in coordination with the Customer Service function. The overall objective is to minimize any potential operating loss, by providing the best solutions to client inquiries.
This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.
***THIS POSITION IS TEMP. REMOTE DUE TO COVID BUT WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ON SITE 2-3 DAYS/WEEK. ONCE IT IS SAFE TO DO SO ALL WORK WILL BE ON SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK***
