CRO Finance Governance - Board and Management Reporting - Senior, Long Island City, New York

The Board and Management Reporting team is responsible for clear and concise updates for Board, Risk Management Executive Committee and other executive forums, corporate project management updates, Finance Chief Risk Officer Charter activities, and coordination of ad-hoc activities across the Finance Chief Risk Officer organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop reports for the Board, and broader executive level updates in concert with senior stakeholders across the CRO Finance and other organizations
• Maintain the calendar and coverage for Board, Global Risk Management Committee, and other standing updates and ensure timely and accurate submissions of materials
• Manage CRO Finance Charter activities/inventory including metrics, scorecards, attestations and certifications
• Coordinate activities and projects across the CRO Finance organization including continuity of business, staffing assessments, organizational design and location strategy
• Analyze issues, identify root causes and develop potential solutions
• Direct report to the lead of CFO Finance Board and Management Reporting

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience liaising with senior stakeholders and developing executive level presentations within a Risk or Finance function
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex interpretations through concise and clear messaging to senior management
• Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines
• Understanding of program management concepts and best practices
• Understanding of executive charters and associated control activities including metrics, scorecards, attestations and certifications
• Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized, pro-active
• Proven ability to assess complex issues and identify potential solutions

Education:

• Advanced degree (Masters) in business administration, economics or finance a plus
