Compliance Monitoring Supervisor

Within Citi, the Global Compliance Monitoring Team (GCM) is responsible for monitoring IS changes to Global ID Administration (GIDA) supported applications and infrastructure.

In this role you will be responsible supervising the GCM Olsztyn team and for maintaining and tracking of all Global Compliance Monitoring projects as well as Quality Assurance and operational metrics reporting from the Polish GCM team's side. This role requires understanding of Information Security and fundamental project management skills.

Be the link between the team and the Region Head.

As a Compliance Monitoring Supervisor you will

  • Maintain global metrics (KRI) and dashboard to provide management with a clear view of ongoing risks/issues.
  • Drive organizational risk and control related projects across GCM Operations and develop presentation of open issues, CAPs, key metrics and project status for stakeholders and associated partners.
  • Track and follow-up on action items to closure.
  • Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide consolidation of audit logging requirements.
  • Perform project progress related activities such as gathering requirements, analysis and design reviews.
  • Support internal audit/regulatory reviews and MCA testing by communication, collection and tracking of deliverable requests.
  • Coordinate implementation of GCM standard quality assurance program to include test sampling and procedures, metrics and issue resolution.
  • The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of being a remote Manager, Information Security controls and operational concepts within a major financial organization, building on their current risk and controls operations experience.
  • Provide assistance on the following tasks:
  • Capacity planning
  • Recruiting and hiring procedure
  • New hire access requisitions
  • Preparing daily / weekly / monthly shifts and schedules
  • Attendance sheet tracking and approval
  • Performance management


Ideal background
  • 2 - 4 years experience in Information Security preferred
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products required
  • Ability to create metrics, presentations and other documents as needed
  • Knowledge in Citi Information Security standards and policies would be an asset
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
