Global Project Management Officer, Dublin

The Project Manager Officer will be responsible for ensuring the success of the overall execution of several projects within Issuer Services. The role requires the collaboration with multiple global partners, while closely monitoring the implementation of large-scale projects. The role requires an understanding and adherence to internal procedures and processes that are closely monitored within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Status Tracking on internal applications, which includes the project setup and maintenance
• Focal point for project application managers for guidance and assistance on Citi project management procedures and requirements.
• Project Milestone monitoring and tracking
• Project Risk and dependencies management
• Interact with multiple interfaces globally
• Liaising between Technology teams
• Project Plan and status reporting
• Managing the end to end releases regulations and procedures

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of project management experience in a technology company
• Technical understanding of App development and terminology
• Previous work experience from a global company - advantage
• MS Office skills
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• A go-getter, works well independently, proactive and self-motivated
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver
• Strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks due to frequent change, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events
• BA in industrial engineering or equivalent
