Key Responsibilities include:
-Coordinate User Acceptance Testing of lending process related enhancements to various platforms, including development of test scripts, engagement of cross-functional testers, and tracking results.
-Develop strategy for platform user engagement, communication, and training delivery across multiple mediums, including intranet, emails/newsletters, virtual training sessions, events and written stories.
-Work with key stakeholders across the Commercial Business, Independent Risk, and Operations and Technology to develop and execute a strategy for platform user engagement.
-Plan and build relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) to engage in tester, communications planning and align training activities to impact adoption of system and platform enhancements.
-Ensure that all communications are consistent in theme and messaging while aligning closely with the digital lending objectives.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with Digital Lending Team, Risk Process Management & Optimization Team, and Technology

-Global mindset: ability to work with teams across different functional groups in multiple countries and understanding customer trends through various regions.
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
-6+ years of experience in employee/senior leadership communications
-Knowledge of commercial lending and credit underwriting processes.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Adobe Acrobat Professional
-Demonstrated project management and decision making skills.
-Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet multiple stakeholder needs.
-Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels with multiple audiences.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to translate complex, technical information for nontechnical audiences.
-Ability to work under tight deadlines.
-Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and consistently meeting project deliverables on time.
-Knowledge of commercial banking products and the competitive landscape of this business is a plus.
