The Technology Enablement Project Manager will support the initiatives across the Retail Bank. The Project Manager will develop, establish and maintain a collaborative and productive interaction between technology, third party vendors, lines of business and risk/control partners across the Retail Bank. He/she will streamline and strengthen key enablers to meet commitments regarding schedule, budget and delivering tangible results. This individual will be working closely on Salesforce implementations and dashboards so demonstrated experienced working on Salesforce is required with associated certifications a plus.

This position works in the Strategic Transformation Group and has the following responsibilities:
  • Partner with business, operations and technology associates to identify, troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce development focusing on Salesforce dashboards
  • Document, manage and track mitigation strategies against those risks and issues.
  • Build and manage internal data to support the Retail Bank
  • Effectively communicate program and project status to multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations and other communications documenting scope, objectives, strategy, customer and employee benefits of the programs
  • Create tools and templates to drive program work
  • Must be able to develop innovative solutions to business problems using Salesforce
  • Must be able to create prototypes of Salesforce solutions
  • Create, maintain project or sub-project project plans, resource charts, test plans and scripts
  • Must understand agile and actively administer sprint sessions
  • Ability to manage in a matrix managed environment


Qualifications:
  • Salesforce knowledge/certification is required.
  • You have experience in Agile methodologies
  • At least 8 years project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with data
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, understand business objectives, and align stakeholders to drive results and business objectives
  • Must have knowledge of retail banking and/or small business
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives and changing priorities
  • Thoughtful analysis of problems that may surface throughout the program lifecycle and ability to think through and present viable solutions
  • Written and verbal communication experience in a large complex organization; the ability to organize messaging by stakeholder
  • You are attentive to detail and have confidence with project tracking, reports, metrics and presentations. You are proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, or other analytical tools associated with project management.
