The TTS Global Sales Management Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and driving strategic sales force management initiatives and reporting, including progress against the growth strategy, revenue generation from sales wins, and improving the client experience. This role covers sales activities across the Corporate, Public Sector, and Financial Institution segments. The role requires a strong analytical approach to client management and strategy together with the leadership skills necessary to execute uniformly across the complexities of a regional, client segment and product matrix. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working in Transactions Services businesses, deep analytical and relationship skills, and a background in strategy consulting, business development, client management or the front office.

Responsibilities Include :
  • Instituting strong sales management processes across TTS through metrics and data driven decisions and utilization of sales business management tools including the sales dashboard, CRM, data analytics, revenue realization, revenue ramp-up, attrition management, Client at Risk, scorecards, LTC / revenue promise allocation process adherence and verification.
  • Developing and implementing a client profitability model across all client segments, regions and products
  • Partner with internal groups such as Onboarding and ICG Operations & Technology to improve data integrity across the Sales organization
  • Reviewing data with the ICG Analytics teams on the client population to identify growth opportunities, and work with Sales managers to build on those prospects
  • Managing the TTS sales financial metrics and TTS sales business and personal scorecard review
  • Supporting the annual budget setting and annual global sales account planning through alignment and partnership with Banking and Product

    Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct sales or business management experience in a multi-country sales / relationship team environment.
  • Deep Transaction Services product knowledge / proven RFP leadership.
  • Proven track record in sales and business management execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate internally to meet client needs.
  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a Program or Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication skills: ability to present information concisely in writing and in person.
  • Experience in delivering results and exceeding financial objectives.
