GIAM Senior Analyst (AVP), San Antonio, Texas

The Global Identity Access Management (GIAM) is a global organization within Citi Information Security (CISO) with 700+ employees located across the globe. GIAM manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIAM works in partnership with other units within Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.

The GIAM Infrastructure teams are organized based on the various technology platforms, most of which follow both global standards as well as region-specific requirements. There is a significant amount of ongoing interaction between the GIAM Infrastructure teams and the technology partners from the various sectors and countries within the NAM and LATAM region. A key area that falls under the management of the GIAM Infrastructure teams is the support for Privileged IDs. These are IDs which have elevated rights in the various technology platforms and involves more stringent control requirements. GIAM Infrastructure teams play a key role in most technology projects, including Data Center setups and server migration, system cut over, as well as business continuity and disaster recovery activities.

The GIAM Infrastructure Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position this is a critical role responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks across infrastructure platforms (Unix/Database and Mainframe) in the NAM and LATAM region.

Responsibilities:

• Support critical 24x7 identity security administration functions for a global user base including off hour and on-call support
• Oversees RACF security administration or Top-Secret security administration. Maintains accounts to control access to information and applications, analyzes and resolve problems related to mainframe access control, user administration, and operating level system security
• Serves as the primary security liaison to groups within Citi globally on gaining access to various systems
• Assigns or removes access from users as appropriate and as approved by their management or the data owner
• Analyzes existing procedures for efficiency and effectiveness and formulates logical descriptions of problems and devises solutions for processing requests as well as improving administrative tools used by the GIAM RACF/Top Secret team
• Analyzes security implementation and processes and identifies and corrects inconsistencies/inefficiencies.
• Assists in the development, documentation, and implementation of access management, procedures, and guidelines (PCM's). Coordinates the update of all RACF/Top Secret reference documents/manuals
• Oversees and coordinates periodic audits of all users' system Resources and user entitlements for management by providing reports and consultation
• Maintains all RACF/TSS Databases globally, all RACF/TSS Automated jobs, Business Continuity Tests, Operating System Upgrades (SSMF Rollouts)
• Maintains and coordinates with the application owners to maintain current documentation of security access levels
• Collaborate with global teams and exchange knowledge and experience about processes in different areas
• Partner with infrastructure teams assisting with implementation and testing of automation solutions on systems level
• Provide production support for existing processes and architectures
• Manage projects end-to-end (implement, train end users, maintain documentation, collect data and adapt it to automation requirements)
• Knowledge in compliance and Risk Analysis and provide Audit / MCA support
• Excellent communication skills on presenting information effectively to diverse audiences
• Participate in weekly Team meetings
  
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven analytical skills
