La posición es un rol estratégico tanto para el país como para la Región Andina dado que es el responsable del manejo integral de los productos relacionados al Pasivo, tanto local como internacional, y del negocio de Receivables. Es un rol que exige un conocimiento amplio y técnico sobre liquidez, transfer pricing y product management. Su función recae en el manejo eficiente de los pasivos, así como la estabilidad y rentabilidad de los mismos. Para ello, es necesario monitorear indicadores de mercado, ingresos y procesos internos, además de mantener contacto constante con los clientes para entender el flujo de sus balances operativos y excedentarios.

Responsibilities:
  • Product strategy and product management for key capabilities, as well as development of new capabilities and solutions based on market demand
  • P&L Management (reporting and analyzing financials to ensure goals are being met)
  • Assembles a holistic picture of where the product is currently, how clients view it, how it compares to competition, and where it needs to go in the future
  • Drives action across the organization in order to achieve goals
  • Ensures a BAU operational model is in place
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems
  • Strategy oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Desire to drive projects from ideation or assignment to execution
  • Appetite for challenging assignments
  • Bachelor's degree; 2+ years of work experience in Product Management, Market Management or Sales
